Heart-Intelligence Coaching for Non-Native Speakers

Transformational coaching grounded in emotional intelligence and self-awareness.

These sessions are designed for non-native speakers of English who wish to explore personal growth, purpose, and emotional wellbeing — while naturally enhancing their ability to express themselves in English.

Drawing on over two decades of experience as a language specialist and coach, combined with Heart-Intelligence practices, I offer a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can reflect, speak freely, and connect more deeply with yourself.

Together, we explore themes such as mindfulness, gratitude, relationships, emotional regulation, and conscious communication. As you gain insight and clarity, you’ll also build confidence and fluency in English through authentic, meaningful conversation.

What is Heart Intelligence?

Heart Intelligence is the idea that your heart does more than pump blood — it helps you think, feel, and connect.

Over the last 30 years, researchers (including HeartMath, neurocardiology teams, and the Institute of Noetic Sciences) have explored how the heart talks to the brain and the body. Here’s the simple version.

How your heart “thinks”

  • The heart-brain: Your heart has its own mini nervous system — about 40,000 neural cells — that can process information and send signals to your brain. It’s a two-way conversation, not a one-way street.

  • Rhythm and flow: Each heartbeat sends a wave through your whole system, helping different organs (including the brain) sync up and work smoothly.

  • Helpful hormones: The heart acts like an endocrine gland, releasing hormones such as ANF (for blood pressure), as well as adrenaline, dopamine, and oxytocin. Oxytocin is linked with less fear, more trust, and better social connection.

  • Energy field: The heart creates a strong electromagnetic field — measured to be far stronger than the brain’s — that can be detected several feet around the body.

Many spiritual traditions have long said the heart is a doorway to wisdom. Modern research is starting to validate that view: when we work with the heart, we can access a higher quality of intelligence — grounded, intuitive, and deeply human.
