Bookings and Payments

Cancellations & Refunds
One-to-One Sessions
If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-to-one session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance where possible. In this case, sessions may be rescheduled.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are normally non-refundable, as the time has been reserved for you.
Events, Ceremonies & Group Sessions
Bookings for events or group offerings are usually non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to someone else, subject to agreement and suitability for the space.
Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital content are final once access or download has been provided.
Changes Or Cancellations By Us
Occasionally, it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel a session or event due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
If this happens, you will be offered either:
